Ordering goods: Payment, Delivery and Returns
Goods may be ordered through our Com-Truck Limited eBay store or by telephone.Goods ordered through eBay are normally despatched within 2 working days after payment has been received via PayPal. Should there be any reason why your order cannot be despatched within this timeframe we will contact you by e-mail using the address you provide at the time of your order.
Where goods are ordered via telephone, an estimated delivery date will be given at the time of you placing your order with us. If you live locally, you may collect at an arranged time. If you collect your goods, you can pay cash at the time of collection. Alternatively, we accept payment by cheque but goods will not be despatched or available for collection until your cheque has been cashed through our bank. You may find it more convenient to pay us via PayPal.
Please note that postage and packaging charges stated in our eBay store apply to the UK only. Please contact us directly, by phone or by e-mail, to discuss postage and packing charges for orders of multiple goods. There is no charge for postage and packaging for items collected.
